Releasing value from your own customer data requires external market, descriptive and decision maker data.  In other words a properly comprehensive and accurate database covering all businesses, with the means to select, analyse and extract the particular data that you need to market your products effectively.

You’ve come to the right place

Information Arts recognised years ago, that no one single database provides all the answers and so, through an exhaustive process of blending dozens of complementary individual data sets, Information Arts has built the most comprehensive, accurate and relevant databases for the UK and Europe.

OMNI

OMNI contains a unique blend of corporate, small business, self employed business information, millions of decision makers for a range of purchase areas including Executive, Finance, IT & Telco and HR –a massive array of information about Directors and Business Owners – and the means to select and analyse by a whole host of methods.

It has particular strength for companies selling IT and Telecoms products and services as it contains over 200 fields of high quality information about a wide range of installed base equipment, a comprehensive and deep business partner network database - as well as details of specific decision makers.

OMNI helps you to understand what businesses do, how they do it, and most importantly – why they do it.  Using this information will radically turbo charge every one of your marketing programmes.

Our databases enable Global companies to reach Pan European audiences.

DNA – the most comprehensive and insightful database of small businesses, self employed and SoHo's.

Marketing to small, self employed and owner-managed businesses can be complex.  In the UK, at least 2 million of them are off the radar of most business databases – meaning that you can’t market to them at all.

We also know that decisions made by small business
owners are heavily influenced by personal preferences and prejudices so the traditional means of selecting them (SIC codes etc) aren’t very useful.

You may already have lots of these as customers – but are unable to recognise or classify them as such – because of the lack of data.

Decisions Needs and Attitudes (DNA) is a subset of OMNI - that covers and classifies the owner managed, independent small business sector.

It has been created by Information Arts’ through blending a number of complementary data sources. The result is a comprehensive and insightful view of UK small business, with a unique link between information about the business – and a vast array of information about the individual owners and working directors.

DNA is a database that helps you to get better penetration into the small business sector and provides the means to dramatically improve targeting and modeling. Used in conjunction with PIC the Self Employed Segmentation and DNA Strands to improve understanding – it forms a lethal weapon in the battle for small business customers.
